The purpose of this policy is to provide patients with accessible, convenient, and secure video consultation services offered by Sparsh Healing Touch, under the expert care of Dr. Priyanka Bagai and Dr. Tarun Varma. This service is designed for individuals who are unable to visit the clinic in person but still require expert medical advice and support.
Eligibility
Video consultations are available to all patients seeking consultation or treatment in gynaecology or endocrinology.
Cases that require physical examination or diagnostic procedures may not be suitable for video consultation. In such instances, an in-person clinic visit will be recommended.
How to Book a Video Consultation
Appointments can be scheduled online through our official website or by contacting the clinic directly.
Provide your contact details and a brief description of your concern during booking.
You will receive confirmation via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or call, along with a secure link for the video consultation.
What You Need
A stable internet connection and a device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) with a camera and microphone.
A quiet and private space for uninterrupted and focused consultation.
Privacy and Consent
All Consultations are conducted in compliance with strict confidentiality and data protection laws.
By proceeding with a video consultation, you consent to the process, including potential recording for medical documentation (if applicable).
Your personal health information will not be shared without explicit consent.
Patient Responsibilities
Be Prepared:
Have your medical history, current medications, and any specific questions, and share them prior to the consultation.
Join On Time:
Log in at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling.
Environment:
Ensure you are in a private, quiet, and well-lit setting during the session.
Payment and Refunds
Payments must be completed online before the consultation. Accepted payment methods will be provided during the booking process.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or new appointment.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will not be refunded.
